Cornhole Board Makers Group allows returns but must meet the following criteria-
- Items must be returned within 1 weeks of pickup/delivery date. Items must be in unused condition,
- Items must not have any damage, Items must be clean and unused.
Cornhole Board Makers Group does not allow returns on -
- Custom/Personalized Orders, items sold as "flawed", Template type items, Damage Caused by shipping,
- Not receiving product on time due to shipping
- Digital Files
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Cornhole Board Makers Group does allow exchanges -
- If you would like to exchange an unused item within the above criteria you can simply email at cornholeboardmakersgroup@gmail.com to make me aware and you will be instructed to ship the item back to me. You will just order the item you wanted and when the item is received back it will be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping cost required to exchange an item.
If your order has been marked "in progress" there may be a small fee to cancel your order. "In progress" generally means we have spent time or money to make your project happen, and would need to be reimbursed for this.
A 20% return fee may be charged on orders over $49
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cornhole Board Makers Group does cover workmanship quality issues. If you have a product that you feel has a quality issue related to workmanship, please reach out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Whats the difference between OG and Pro Plans?
The OG plans are a very basic build, the frames have 90 degree corners. The Pro Plans feature the end cross braces set in to give it a sleek look. They also have a Dado groove which makes assembly a breeze and its is a very easy addition.
Can I use 1x3" or 1x4" lumber?
You can use 1x3 or 1x4 lumber with our "Universal" leg fixtures. These tools do not have the angle cut in them but you can add that to fit your build. 1x3 and 1x4" will not work with any of the OG or Pro Plan Fixtures.
What bits do you reccommend with your tools?
We started offering the 1/4" Spiral Flush Trim bit after getting this question enough. It is a compression bit and you can find it under the "Supplies" Tab
I ordered a digital download, when will I get it?
Digitals are sent from an automated system, but mistakes and glitches happen. Please reach out if you haven't received your items.. but please be sure to check your spam and junk folders!
Will I get an email when my order ships?
Yes, our website automatically send you an email, or text, as we print the label.
My item was marked shipped and the tracking isn't updating, can you help?
Unfortunately I cannot do anything about bad tracking updates after your item leaves my shop. I generally do not look into a packages tracking information until it has been not moving for a week.I will gladly double check that the tracking information is correct if you think there may be a typo!
Can I check my order status?
You can definitely check your order's status, but it is generally in process if you haven't received a "shipped" email.
Can you make custom tooling?
Yes! There are a few standard tools that are frequently customized. These items do take a bit longer to process through the shop. Plesase send us an email!
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Send us an email and we will give you a custom quote for international shipping!
