This tool is for users who rip their plywood to 2.5". To ensure best results between tool accuracy of my CNC and your measuring devices please make sure your ripping your material at the dimension that best fits the tool. My cnc does have some tolerances that gives it a small +/- around the 2.5" mark.

This 2.5"  Ultimate Fixture includes a Leg Fixture, Leg Drill location, Leg Notch (for airmail brace), Frame Drill Location, Frame Radius (Rounds the leading edge of the long rails) as well as a Handle Fixture.. all in one package.

This tool comes with a cut list engraved directly on the tool.

Your end cross braces need to be inset by 1" from the ends.
